Come be a part of our team and our mission as a Manufacturing Technician Trainee!This position is scheduled: 12 hour shifts from 6:00 AM - 6:00 PM
Manufacturing Technicians are responsible for manufacturing products used in the medical diagnostic field. Technicians will perform tasks including manufacturing a variety of sub-assemblies as well as finished goods. Works on assignments that are routine in nature where ability to recognize deviation from accepted practice is required. This position requires attention to detail and fine motor dexterity. Relies on instructions and pre-established guidelines to perform the functions of the job and requires direct supervision or oversight by a senior employee. Must be able to read and understand Work Instruction Documents (WIDs), safely operate manufacturing and test equipment, and work as part of a manufacturing team.
Requires a high school diploma or equivalent.
Experience in a production environment (either a cGMP manufacturer or an assembly line environment)is preferred, but not necessary.
Must have good written and oral communication.
Must be able to perform duties wearing a Powered Air Purifying Respirator (PAPR) as needed.
