Description

Main Accountabilities: 
  • Support Information Technology (IT) Laboratory workflow project with coordinating internal / external resources, installation and connection
  • Handle problem and troubleshooting capabilities (onsite and remotely)
  • Contribute to new solution launch and implementation, as well as software updates
  • Contribute complex IT project and provide technical/corrective action in full autonomy
  • Act as a referent in her/his field of expertise
  
Studies and Experience: 
  • Bachelor/Master Degree in computer science. Experience / degree in biology, laboratory environment is a plus
  • 2-3 years of experience as Lab/Medical Technology or equivalent experience
  
Skills and Qualifications: 
  • Customer and solution oriented (problem solving & decision making)
  • Ability to understand complex customer environment
  • Updated with market latest technologies
  • Ability to work in full autonomy
  • Good communication and ability to work in a multi-disciplinary team
  • Master CRM (Key user (8), Dashboard (9))
