Responsibilities

Engage in copyediting and creative decision making.  Experience in video and audio production software like Adobe Premiere Pro and Audacity a strong plus.

  • Research new content for weekly podcasts and webinars.
  • Actively engage with the Bill of Rights Institute’s community on a variety of platforms including YouTube, Twitter, and Facebook.
  • Manage image importation, key-wording, and editing in Adobe Lightroom.
  • Assist in YouTube channel reformatting and branding.
  • Assist in technology setup and coordination for production of podcast and webinars.
  • Engage in marketing and social media research and analysis.

Requirements:

  • Interest in American History and constitutional principles.
  • Experience in video and audio production software
  • Demonstrated skill in writing and editing.
  • Strong analytical and research skills.
  • Demonstrated ability to multitask while meeting deadlines.
  • Strong communication skills and experience working with a team.
  • Ability to manage both time and workload in a remote setting.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Word and Microsoft Excel.
  • Preferred experience managing social media and working in Sprout Social and Adobe Lightroom.
  • Ability to quickly adapt to new technology platforms.
No relocation or sponsorship available for this position.  Salary is $15.00 per hour.
