We are looking for a Pizzaiolo and a Fornaio to join the KITCHEN TEAM for our restaurant Coccodrillo in Veteranenstrasse 9, 10119 Berlin
PIZZAIOLO
OUR OFFER:
- Full time role
- 2 consecutive days off per week
- 25 days of holiday per year (Christmas period OFF: 24th, 25th, 26th December)
- A permanent employment contract with 38 hours per week, over hours are being paid monthly

YOUR MISSION:
To bring the best Neapolitan pizza to Germany 💪
Our roles in the pizzeria as PIZZAIOLO OR BAKER (depending on experience):
Responsible for dough preparation and quality according to our recipe
Ensure quality and speed during service (approximately volume of 300 pizzas per day from dough to topping on exit)
Coordinate the pizzeria team (5 people) and be responsible for transmission and training
Participate in the creation of new recipes, ensure use of quality and seasonal products
Experience wood-fired oven and large volume

You speak Italian or English, German is a plus
