CHEF DE PARTIE

OUR OFFER:

  • Transparent and competitive monthly salary based on the Bavarian collective agreement plus weekly tips

  • 2 consecutive days off per week 
  • 25 days of holiday per year (Christmas period OFF: 24th, 25th, 26th December)

YOUR MISSION:

  • Making the best time of the day for our clients.
  • You will be directly responsible as CHEF DE PARTIE (hot and cold):
  • Be the guarantor of service preparation in the kitchen
  • Maintain the hygiene rules for food storage and use according to the rules in force
  • Be guarantor of the pace of service, quality of dishes coming out
  • Training and coordinating kitchen commis
  • Collaborate with the creation of new menus that are revisited seasonally

 

YOU WILL BRING:

  • Previous experience in the kitchen (min 2 years same role) 
  • Respect the values of authenticity, excellence, meritocracy and entrepreneurship
  • You are a leader who can work in a team and set the pace and organization
  • Your boundless passion for cooking, tradition and challenge to organize work on large volumes and large brigades
  • You speak English or Italian

 

START DATE: Beginning of February
