As a Commercial Tire Technician, you’ll play a critical role keeping fleets, trucks, and work vehicles safe, compliant, and road-ready. This is hands-on, high-impact work for techs who take pride in skill, speed, and reliability. Must have Proven experience mounting, dismounting, and balancing heavy-duty commercial tires (specifically 11R 22.5).

What You’ll Do
- Mount, dismount, balance, and repair agricultural equipment, commercial, light truck, and fleet tires
- Perform roadside and in-shop tire services as needed
- Repair flats and inflate tires to manufacturer and DOT specifications
- Inspect tires and wheels for wear, damage, and safety concerns
- Test, install, register, and reset TPMS sensors when applicable
- Perform oil changes and basic service tasks as assigned
- Conduct visual safety inspections and clearly document findings
- Load, unload, stock, and organize commercial tire inventory
- Maintain shop cleanliness and follow all safety procedures
- Work closely with your team to deliver fast, accurate, professional service
- Opportunity to expand into light mechanical services as skills develop
What Makes You a Great Fit
- Commercial tire, truck tire, or automotive service experience preferred
- Strong work ethic with a “get it done right” mindset
- Safety-focused, detail-oriented, and dependable
- Comfortable with physical, hands-on work in a fast-paced environment
- Valid driver’s license with a clean driving record
- Able to lift 70+ lbs and work on your feet throughout the day
- Flexible availability, including weekends, to support customer and fleet needs
