Director of Partnerships- Midwest Region


Big Brand Tire & Service operates a high-volume M&A platform, executing acquisitions nationwide. The Director of Partnerships is a field-based role responsible for sourcing and closing deals by building trusted relationships with independent tire shop owners. This is a relationship-driven sales position with uncapped earning potential.

 

What You’ll Do

Own Seller Relationships

  • Manage deals from first contact through closing
  • Build trust with owners and act as their primary point of contact
  • Maintain a strong pipeline (18–22+ active deals)
  • Partner with internal teams on pricing, diligence, and negotiations

Be in the Field

  • Travel extensively within assigned markets
  • Visit shops, meet owners, and evaluate operations firsthand
  • Build referral networks and local market presence
  • Represent the company at industry and local events

Build Long-Term Pipeline

  • Develop relationships with future sellers (6–24+ months out)
  • Maintain accurate CRM tracking and consistent follow-up
  • Position the company as the preferred buyer in your markets

Drive Results

  • Deliver 2–3 LOIs per month
  • Manage deals through closing with support from M&A team
  • Align seller expectations and coordinate with operations

Performance Expectations

  • $50M+ in acquired annual revenue
  • 2–3 LOIs per month
  • 18–22+ active deals consistently
  • Accurate CRM and pipeline management

What Success Looks Like

First 90 Days

  • Build relationships with key owners and begin meetings
  • Complete onboarding and territory planning
  • Deliver first LOIs by month 2

6–12 Months

  • Consistent deal flow and conversions
  • Recognized presence in assigned markets
  • Strong, active pipeline and revenue contribution

Who You Are

Required

  • Proven sales performer in a relationship-driven role
  • Existing network of independent tire shop owners
  • Industry experience (tire, automotive service, or related)
  • Strong pipeline management and follow-up discipline
  • Comfortable with frequent travel
  • Entrepreneurial and proactive in sourcing opportunities
  • Skilled at building trust and handling sensitive conversations

Preferred

  • Experience in M&A, business brokerage, or corporate development
  • Familiarity with regional markets and competitors
  • CRM experience (HubSpot preferred)

Compensation

  • Competitive base salary
  • Uncapped, tiered commission structure tied to performance
