As an eCommerce Administrator, you will be responsible for managing our website and enhancing our online presence. This includes overseeing product catalogs, implementing new features, and collaborating with various teams to achieve business objectives. The ideal candidate is proactive in identifying and solving problems before they arise and has a strong focus on website functionality. If you are a resourceful self-starter, this role could be the perfect fit for you! 

Responsibilities 

  • Day-to-day management of global eCommerce platform (Adobe Commerce Cloud) and WordPress site.
  • New product creation, maintenance, and catalog management in Adobe Commerce.
  • Work with the marketing & eCommerce teams on product launches, publishing content and setting up promotions. 
  • Work with web developers to build and integrate new features.
  • Serve as subject matter expert on platform capabilities.
  • Review and investigate technical issues such as order creation, bugs, etc.
  • Create and schedule promo codes, banners, etc.
  • Work across departments and with stakeholders to build technical requirements and project schedules. 
  • Manage user permissions and perform training on new platform users across global offices.
  • Image asset processing as needed. 

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in IT, Marketing, Digital, or a closely related field or equivalent experience
  • 3-5 years of professional experience in eCommerce, content or website management, and/or digital marketing
  • Experience with enterprise eCommerce platforms such as Adobe Commerce is required
  • Ability to translate needs between developers, sales, marketing, and eCommerce team
  • Experience working with spreadsheets and data, bonus points for Google Analytics or Contentsquare
  • Experience with Jira or similar project management tools are a nice-to-have
  • Experience creating and maintaining WordPress content using Divi or Gutenberg is a plus
  • Exceptional written and verbal communication skills
  • Proven ability to produce quality work in a fast-paced, deadline-driven environment
