Sales Intern - Aftermarket Sales (Summer Semester 2025)

As an Sales Intern - Aftermarket, you'll be an integral part of the Big Ass Fans Customer Service team contacting existing customers to review our preventive maintenance program as well as gather intel into customer buying habits. In your first week, you'll dive into an exciting project you'll work on throughout your internship. At the end, you'll get to present your findings and recommendations to BAF executives. We'll provide a supportive, fast-paced environment focused on learning; you bring your attention to detail and the ability to juggle multiple projects at once.

- Proactively contact the existing customer database via phone and email to review our preventative maintenance program with the goal of providing quotations for services.
- Collect and document intel regarding customer buying habits surrounding preventative maintenance services to identify trends and opportunities for growth to management.
- Review and assess preventative maintenance collateral based on customer buying trends and habits to provide feedback to management.
- Utilize Salesforce CRM to document all call and email activity.
- Ability to hit established KPI’s surrounding daily outbound calls.
- Ability to summarize findings and recommendations in written and verbal form.
- Internship is located onsite (housing/relocation not provided)
- Currently enrolled in an accredited 4-year degree program
- Available to work a consistent weekly schedule
- Self-motivated, driven, success-oriented individual
- Excellent telephone etiquette, communication and organizational skills, as well as excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Strong time management skills
- Desire to learn and grow professionally
