The Accounts Receivable Coordinator role at Big Ass Fans involves supporting the Billing & Payments team through the processing of customer invoices and payment applications. The job requires meticulous attention to detail, proficiency in Excel, and the capacity to multitask effectively in a fast-paced environment.If you possess strong organizational skills, excel in communication, and are driven to help a team achieve its goals, this role might be the perfect fit for you! 

Responsibilities

  • Assure timely and accurate customer invoicing.
  • Manage cash applications, making sure all cash receipts are applied properly.
  • Perform and manage the online invoicing for established customers.
  • Make recommendations to improve the quality of invoicing and payment application procedures.
  • Conduct account research and analysis.
  • Interact with customers to resolve outstanding issues. 

Requirements

  • Individual should be a highly motivated, detail-oriented team player who has prior experience with accounts receivable and a general knowledge of accounting procedures
  • The ability to adapt and work in a fast-paced environment
  • 1 to 3 years of accounts receivable or general accounting experience
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills are a must
  • Working knowledge with Excel and experience using VLOOKUP, pivots, etc.
  • Knowledge of Kinetic and Salesforce or similar software is a plus
