Sales Operations Coordinator
Big Ass Who?
We didn’t set out to start a fan company. We set out to solve a problem—workplace discomfort. (Sorry, HR, not your kind.) Facilities become furnaces during the summer, but businesses still expect peak performance and productivity. Without providing the basic human right of comfort, that’s just asinine. Seeing how overhead fans cooled California dairy cows begged a massive question for our founder. “Can a fan be made to revolutionize comfort for people?” he uttered.
In this role, you’ll be the go‑to expert for organizing information, managing requests, and keeping our teams connected. If you’re detail‑driven, love juggling multiple priorities, and thrive in a fast‑paced environment, this is your chance to shine.
We’re looking for someone who brings a positive attitude, takes ownership, and strives for excellence in everything they do. If that sounds like you, we want to hear from you!
Annual Compensation Range: $50,000-52,000 CAD
What You’ll Do
- Respond promptly and professionally to incoming phone calls and web chats related to customer order status.
- Manage and process quote and order requests across multiple CRM queues.
- Accurately transfer and input data between CRM and ERP systems.
- Verify documents and order details for accuracy, requesting additional information when required.
- Collaborate with cross‑functional teams—including Sales, Accounting, Planning, and Logistics—to gather information and ensure timely quote and order processing.
- Handle sensitive customer information with a high level of confidentiality and discretion.
- Develop strong product knowledge, including understanding SKU structures and formatting.
- Review customer survey feedback and identify appropriate follow‑up actions.
- Act as a key liaison between internal departments to support smooth and efficient operational workflows.
What You'll Bring
- Minimum of 1 year of experience in data entry or a related administrative role
- Bachelor’s degree (BA/BS) or equivalent combination of education and experience
- Highly self‑motivated, goal‑oriented, and an effective communicator
- Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage time and prioritize tasks efficiently
- Demonstrated ability to follow established processes while maintaining a strong sense of urgency
- Comfortable processing large volumes of information accurately within tight deadlines
- Ability to collaborate effectively with management and multitask within a fast‑paced team environment
Think you have what it takes, but your background doesn’t perfectly align with this role? No sweat! If this position gets your fan spinning, we encourage you to apply and tell us how you’ll succeed with your unique skills in your application.
