Project Services Intern (Summer Semester 2025)

Our interns don't run errands - they're here to make a real impact at the company! As a BAF Project Services Intern, you'll be an integral part of the Big Ass Fans Project Services team. You will be responsible for improving customer satisfaction and excellence using data and statistics to identify and recommend improvements, including engagement, BAF Dispatch system use, etc. within the BAF-certified installer network. Additionally, you will manage service work orders, including Preventive Maintenance, diagnostics, motor replacements, and assist with work order setups.

Responsibilities
- Provide recommendations on improvements to improve customer satisfaction.
- Gather and organize all the details needed for setting up a new work order including product details, sales notes and information, and shipping time frame.
- Review and analyze completed projects and invoice customers.
- Review and process installer invoices.
- Utilize the training provided to identify potential pitfalls and issues that could occur on projects proactively.
- Review and assess findings and observations to provide feedback to management on potential process improvements.
- Utilize Salesforce CRM to document all call and email activity.
- Ability to hit established KPI’s surrounding daily number of work orders set up or closed out.
- Ability to summarize findings and recommendations in written and verbal form.
Requirements
- Internship is located onsite (housing/relocation not provided)
- Currently enrolled in an accredited 4-year degree program
- Available to work a consistent weekly schedule
- Self-motivated, driven, success-oriented individual
- Excellent telephone etiquette, communication and organizational skills, as well as excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Desire to learn and grow professionally
- Strong time management skills
