💰 Compensation: $25.00-$35.00 DOE

📍 Location: Victorville, CA
 
🔍 Key Responsibilities:  
Case supervisors conduct field visits, provide supervision to assigned cases, review data and monitor client progress, make program modifications as needed under the direction of a clinical manager, and provide parent training and education. 
Full-time supervisors are required to work a minimum of 30 hours during the hours of 8am to 8pm Monday-Friday. At least 25 of the 30 hours must be billable. Occasional weekend hours may be required.
This position reports directly to the Clinical Director for supervision and provides case clinical supervision to all levels of behavioral therapists.
💼 Qualifications:
  • Possesses a Masters’ of arts or science degree in ABA, Psychology, Special Education or a related field. 
  • two years of experience in designing and/or implementing behavior modification intervention services
  • enrolled as graduate student in an applied behavior analysis leading to certification of BCBA (Preferred)
  • Supervisors demonstrate a thorough understanding of DTT, Alternative Communication Systems, PRT, and other ABA strategies
