- Conducting assessments to evaluate speech, language, and communication.
- Developing personalized treatment plans tailored to each client's unique needs and goals.
- Providing individual and group therapy sessions to enhance communication skills.
- Collaborating with interdisciplinary teams to ensure holistic care and continuity of services.
- Offering support and education to families and caregivers to promote carryover of skills outside of therapy sessions.
- Monitoring progress and making adjustments to treatment plans as needed.

💼 Qualifications:
- Master's degree in Speech-Language Pathology
- Licensed in the state of California or hold a temporary RPE license as a clinical fellow
- Clinical Fellows welcome
- Experience working with individuals with autism spectrum disorder and other developmental disabilities preferred
- Strong interpersonal skills and the ability to build rapport with clients and their families
- Commitment to evidence-based practice and ongoing professional development
💰 Compensation:
- Salary Range $80,000-$95,000 depending on experience
- Sign-on bonus available for joining our mission!
