  • Conducting assessments to evaluate speech, language, and communication.   
  • Developing personalized treatment plans tailored to each client's unique needs and goals.   
  • Providing individual and group therapy sessions to enhance communication skills.   
  • Collaborating with interdisciplinary teams to ensure holistic care and continuity of services.   
  • Offering support and education to families and caregivers to promote carryover of skills outside of therapy sessions.   
  • Monitoring progress and making adjustments to treatment plans as needed.

💼 Qualifications:   
  • Master's degree in Speech-Language Pathology   
  • Licensed in the state of California or hold a temporary RPE license as a clinical fellow   
  • Clinical Fellows welcome   
  • Experience working with individuals with autism spectrum disorder and other developmental disabilities preferred   
  • Strong interpersonal skills and the ability to build rapport with clients and their families   
  • Commitment to evidence-based practice and ongoing professional development   
💰 Compensation:   
  • Salary Range $80,000-$95,000 depending on experience
