About the Role:

We are looking for a motivated Product Manager to drive the strategy, vision, and execution for our Platform team.  The ideal candidate thrives in a high-performance, entrepreneurial environment and has a passion for driving back-end platform projects and associated infrastructure systems. You will set the vision and strategy for the platform roadmap that captures and balances the needs of a broad set of technical and non-technical users including operations, merchandising, and growth teams.

What You’ll Be Doing:

  • Partner with PM leadership to define vision, strategy, and key results for the platform team
  • Develop and manage features and internal tools related to aspects of BFA’s infrastructure and platform 
  • Advocate platform development across the company, seeking new opportunities of which the platform can be leveraged to build sustainable and scalable solutions.
  • Partner with platform architects and engineering teams to deliver compelling solutions that meet the demands of users
  • Work with users and stakeholders (Operations, Merchandising, and Growth team) across the company to deeply understand their problems and requirements for the platform. 
  • Partner with Engineering leads/teams to prioritize development efforts and actively run backlog and trade-offs on a frequent basis
  • Stay on top of industry best practices, bringing new tools and technologies to leverage within BFA

What We are Looking For:

  • Bachelor’s degree required. 
  • 4+ years of Technical Product Management experience
  • Understanding of the technical architecture, preferably with infrastructure or platform experience 
  • You have the ability to develop product strategy and take ideas from infancy to full execution. Track record of growing a product
  • Excellent business judgment and quantitative skills
  • You are obsessively data-driven
  • You are a great communicator with strong relationship and social skills
  • Ability to multitask, work under pressure, meet deadlines and excel in a fast-paced setting
  • You have an eye for detail
  • An easy-going, yet results-oriented demeanor
  • Passion for the member and BFA's mission
