Are you looking for a Mon-Fri, DAY shift, NO WEEKENDS or HOLIDAYS?  Come and join our Cafeteria Team at 3M in Hutchinson! Currently offering a $500 Sign-on Bonus!

Job Summary: A Cafeteria Attendant is responsible for preparing, grilling, and cooking made to-order foods requiring short preparation time, which will be served to customers at 3M in Hutchinson, MN. 

Responsibilities:

  • Operating a variety of kitchen equipment
  • Assisting with inventory and cashiering
  • Clean and sanitize work stations and equipment
  • Stand for a majority of your shift and able to lift up to 50 pounds

Qualifications: 

  • Previous experience with food prep/cooking preferred 
  • Ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment while maintaining attention to detail
  • Understanding of health regulations and food safety practices

HOURS: Full-time (40 hrs./week)

  • Monday-Friday, 5:00AM-1:00PM
  • No weekends or holidays required!

Base Compensation:
$18-$19/hr.
 
Potential Other Compensation (based on position eligibility):
