Bernick’s is a 5th generation family-owned provider of beverages, vending and food solutions, representing leading brands such as Pepsi, Dr Pepper, Miller Brewing Company and New England Coffee. We service locations in greater MN and western WI.
Job Summary:
The Beer Brand Administrative Assistant provides vital support to the VP of Beer and Brand Managers, assisting with product forecasts, inventory management, and account communication. This role is essential to ensuring accurate reporting, efficient operations, and strong team collaboration.
Responsibilities:
- Coordinate and facilitate planning meetings to ensure alignment across teams
- Maintain accurate records and reporting for inventory, incentive tracking, supplier billing, verifications, and payouts
- Serve as a key communication link between brand teams, sales teams, and key accounts
- Organize and manage brand-related documents, files, and presentations for easy access and accuracy
- Develop brand plans and provide support for emerging brands to drive growth and visibility
Qualifications:
- Associate degree required; Bachelor’s degree in Sales, Business, or a related field preferred
- 3–5 years of experience in a consumer products company, customer service, or administrative support role preferred
- Proven ability to analyze syndicated sales data and reports, translate insights, and apply findings to guide informed business decisions
- Proficient in utilizing a variety of software and communication platforms, including Office 365, Outlook, Teams/SharePoint, Margin Minder, Karma, iDig, and VIP
- Must be 21 years of age
- Valid Driver’s License, driving record which meets Bernick’s standard
- Regularly lift and move product weighing up to 50 pounds
Hours of this position: Full-Time
- Monday-Friday, 8:00AM – 4:30PM
- Hours may vary with the benefits and challenges that come with the beverage industry

Base Compensation:
$22-$24/hr.
