We are a family-owned company and we are a wholesale distributor of Pepsi products, beverages, fountain drinks, MillerCoors beer, vending products, food services, and our newest product line, cannabis.  We sell our products throughout central MN and western WI. ABOUT A CANNABIS SALES REPRESENTATIVE: "What you're getting into"
We are looking for a motivated, self-directed, start-up hunter. This role is ideal for the candidate who KNOWS they can open new doors as you will be the first sales person on board in your territory and will have a target rich list of mostly new accounts. While we have product placement across our territory, our ability to produce and sell more is virtually limitless.

If selling Minnesota's finest cannabis beverages and edibles to new and existing customers in central MN sounds appealing to you, this could be a great fit. As a sales representative, you'll be the primary point of contact for your customers covering a wide array of industry segments. It'll be your job to maintain excellent relationships with your customers, while working strategically to increase revenue within those accounts through promoting education and enthusiasm, securing great merchandising for our products, getting reorders, etc. You'll also be tasked with selling into new accounts to increase the footprint of our brands in Central MN.  Consistent account visits and sales calls are a requisite for success in this position.
YOU MIGHT BE A GREAT MATCH IF YOU:
  • Are an upbeat, personable, and proactive attitude
  • Ambition and the desire to achieve results
  • 1+ year in sales or retail - cannabis experience a plus
  • Excellent communicator, written and verbal
  • Ability to deliver engaging presentations and trainings to decision makers and staff
  • Ability to take direction and execute
  • Cannabis advocate who believes cannabis has a role in improving people's lives
  • Must have knowledge of current cannabis regulations that relate to distribution and retailers
  • Comfort using spreadsheets, CRM software, Microsoft Suite of products, and VIP.
  • 21+ with a clean driving record 
  • Like to be paid commission + base wage
HOURS:
  • Full-time (40-45 hours per week) 
  • Typically 8 Hour Shift  
  • Occasional Events

Base Compensation:
$28K
 
Potential Other Compensation (based on position eligibility):
Various bonuses, commissions, incentive pay, mileage reimbursement, etc.
