Sales Manager - Beer
Description
We are looking for an experienced and motivated Beer Sales Manager that will lead the Bernick's beer sales team in our greater Duluth market to achieve greater sales and profit. Our Beer Sales Manager reports directly to our VP of Beer Sales.
PRIMARY RESPONSIBILITIES INCLUDE BUT NOT LIMITED TO:
* The leadership, direction, and growth of our Territory Managers and Sales Reps.
* Creating strong relationships with key Retailers, Suppliers, and Molson Coors partners to grow volume and profitability.
* Designing and recommending sales programs, setting short- and long-term sales strategies for the On & Off Premise segments of the business.
* Evaluating and implementing appropriate new sales techniques to increase the territories sales volume.
* Product or service recommendations to improve supplier and field level performance and relationships.

* Have proven success in managing a beer team and driving success
* Excel in a variety of On & Off Premise sales practices and procedures, and grows the skillset of each of our TDM's.
* Rely on market experience and analytical data to plan and accomplish goals.

- Bachelors degree or industry equivalent (strong knowledge & experience in beer industry)
- Must be 21 years of age or older
- Strong working knowledge of VIP, iDig, Margin Minder, Nielson or IRI, MS Outlook, PowerPoint, Excel,
- Excellent verbal, written and interpersonal skills
