Position at Corporate

ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES include the following. Other duties may be assigned.

       Financial Reporting

  • Internal periodic, quarterly and year-end reporting.
  • Periodic Management Review materials.
  • Quarterly Board Meeting materials.
  • Bank covenant reporting.

      Technical Accounting

  • Perform detailed accounting and reporting research on complex transactions and reporting requirements.
  • Stay current on new accounting standards and pronouncements, investigating their impact on the Company.
  • Preparation of internal memorandums on accounting positions.

Other

  • Update and maintain accounting policies and procedures.
  • Assist with annual audit.
  • Assist with internal controls compliance.
  • Support tax analysis and requirements
  • Participation in special projects

 

Qualifications are as follows:

  •  Bachelor’s degree in accounting required.
  • Masters in Accounting very highly desired.
  • Active and current CPA license (U.S., any state) required.
  • 3+ years of public accounting experience, preferably “Big 4” or large national firm.
  • In-depth knowledge and work experience with SEC reporting.
  • Strong knowledge of US GAAP and FASB ASC pronouncements.
