Position Overview:
11 Mortgage holds efficiency and effectiveness as columns of the excellence core value. The Broker Approval Coordinator will have the opportunity to utilize those characteristics on a daily basis to expedite the broker approval process. The coordinator will do this by supporting one or more brokers through the approval process and be responsible for the applicable systems management.  
Ideal candidates for this position have a strong service-oriented mindset, proven organizational skills, and high attention to detail.
Essential Functions of the Role:
  • Provide administrative support to brokers/Account Executives during the broker approval process.
  • Collect and review broker approval packages for accuracy and provide recommendations for approval based on company requirements.
  • Manage broker company data in Encompass and portal logins for brokers.
  • Compile required reports in Lexis Nexis and NMLS for data analytics and to facilitate annual reviews.
  • Other duties as assigned.

Experience Requirements:
  • One to two years broker approval experience preferred.
 
Education/Licensing Requirements:
  • High school diploma or equivalent required. Some college preferred.
Working Conditions:
  • Fast-paced environment.
  • Requires normal vision (corrected) both close and distant.
  • Requires normal hearing levels (corrected).
  • Requires working at a desk to use a phone and computer for extended periods of time.
  • Requires sitting, bending.
  • Works effectively with frequent interruptions.
  • Lifting requirements of 10 lbs. occasionally.
  • Minimal travel <5%.
