Position Overview:
The Chief Marketing Officer drives business growth for multiple business divisions within the company through strategic marketing initiatives and brand management.
Ideal candidates for this position have proven experience leveraging a deep understanding of retail mortgage originations to design targeted marketing campaigns, have the ability to collaborate with business partners across the organization, and are data-driven and innovative.
Essential Functions of the Role:
- Develop and execute comprehensive marketing strategies to drive business growth.
- Provide strategic direction for brand positioning.
- Collaborate with the executive team to align marketing objectives with business goals and initiatives.
- Oversee all marketing operations, including digital marketing, content creation, advertising, public relations, and brand management.
- Analyze market trends and competitive landscape to identify growth opportunities.
- Create comprehensive lead generation programs across multiple channels to support growth.
- Lead data analytics initiatives to measure marketing return on investment and optimize campaign performance
- Ensure compliance with financial services marketing regulations and fair lending practices.
- Other duties as assigned.
Essential Knowledge/Skills/Abilities:
- Deep knowledge of retail originations, the products and the regulatory environment
- Proven ability to translate business objectives into effective marketing strategies
- Ability to drive multi-channel marketing strategies, including digital, traditional, and relationship-based approaches.
- Ability to work across organizational boundaries
- Excellent written, verbal, and presentation skills
- Strong analytical and data interpretations skills
- Proven ability to delegate and motivate team members
- Proven ability to prioritize and multi-task
- High attention to detail
- Knowledge of marketing automation platforms, CRM systems, and analytics tools
Experience Requirements:
- Ten (10) years of progressive marketing experience required.
- Minimum five (5) years retail originations experience required.
Education/Licensing Requirements:
- Bachelor’s degree in business, marketing, or a related field or the equivalent experience required.
Working Conditions:
