Position Overview:
The Chief Marketing Officer drives business growth for multiple business divisions within the company through strategic marketing initiatives and brand management.   
 
Ideal candidates for this position have proven experience leveraging a deep understanding of retail mortgage originations to design targeted marketing campaigns, have the ability to collaborate with business partners across the organization, and are data-driven and innovative.
 
Essential Functions of the Role:
  • Develop and execute comprehensive marketing strategies to drive business growth.
  • Provide strategic direction for brand positioning.
  • Collaborate with the executive team to align marketing objectives with business goals and initiatives.
  • Oversee all marketing operations, including digital marketing, content creation, advertising, public relations, and brand management.
  • Analyze market trends and competitive landscape to identify growth opportunities.
  • Create comprehensive lead generation programs across multiple channels to support growth.
  • Lead data analytics initiatives to measure marketing return on investment and optimize campaign performance
  • Ensure compliance with financial services marketing regulations and fair lending practices.
  • Other duties as assigned.
 
 
Essential Knowledge/Skills/Abilities:
  • Deep knowledge of retail originations, the products and the regulatory environment
  • Proven ability to translate business objectives into effective marketing strategies
  • Ability to drive multi-channel marketing strategies, including digital, traditional, and relationship-based approaches.
  • Ability to work across organizational boundaries
  • Excellent written, verbal, and presentation skills
  • Strong analytical and data interpretations skills
  • Proven ability to delegate and motivate team members

  • High attention to detail
  • Knowledge of marketing automation platforms, CRM systems, and analytics tools
 
 
Experience Requirements:
  • Ten (10) years of progressive marketing experience required.
  • Minimum five (5) years retail originations experience required.
 
 
Education/Licensing Requirements:
  • Bachelor’s degree in business, marketing, or a related field or the equivalent experience required.
 
 
Working Conditions:
  • Collaborative team environment.

  • Requires working at a desk to use a phone and computer for extended periods of time.
