Position Overview:
Benchmark is founded on positive relationships and the Client Experience Coordinator is imperative in maintaining those relationships with employees, clients, and customers. The Client Experience Coordinator will be responsible for enhancing client experiences by providing back-end customer service, on-going assistance, and general day-to-day office duties.
 
Ideal candidates for this position have a strong service-oriented mindset and demonstrate strong organizational and administrative skills.
 
Essential Functions of the Role:
  • Maintain strong client relationships through social media/online accounts, CRM management, closing gifts, and post-closing check-ins.
  • Ask clients for reviews to post on social media.
  • Call clients to obtain referrals.
  • Follow up on special requests for clients and provide timely responses, as needed.
  • Assist with the loan process and conduct customer satisfaction communication as required.
  • Assist with the shipping and receiving department for the branch, including ordering and organizing office supplies.
  • Mail congratulation packets and other promotional items to customers, as needed.
  • Other duties as assigned.

Experience Requirements:
  • Minimum on year of customer service or sales experience required.
 
Education/Licensing Requirements:
  • High school diploma or equivalent required. Bachelor’s degree in business management or marketing preferred. 
 
Working Conditions:
  • Fast-paced environment.
  • Requires normal vision (corrected) both close and distant.
  • Requires normal hearing levels (corrected).
  • Requires working at a desk to use a phone and computer for extended periods of time.
  • Requires sitting, bending.
  • Works effectively with frequent interruptions.
  • Lifting requirements of 10 lbs. occasionally.
  • Minimal travel <5%.
