Position Overview:
11 Mortgage is a dynamic lending community founded on customer centricity, and our Third Party Originations provide our customers with more home financing options. The Wholesale Account Manager is responsible for monitoring the wholesale pipeline for account executives and completing pre-underwriting reviews.

Essential Functions of the Role:
- Maintain open channels of communication with internal and external parties to ensure superior customer service.
- Work directly with underwriting and external broker partners on conditions, documents and questions.
- Complete pre-underwriting reviews, FHA/VA checks, organize imaged documents, order servicing and data entry of key loan information into Encompass.
- Provide daily and weekly updates to the management team.
- Other duties as assigned.
Essential Knowledge/Skills/Abilities:
- Extensive knowledge of FHA, VA and Conventional loan programs
- Knowledge of Desktop Underwriter guidelines
- Thorough knowledge of various property types, including, but not limited to, SFR, Condos and PUDs
- Well-developed understanding of mortgage processing, underwriting and closing procedures
- Ability to identify and anticipate needs
- Proven ability to prioritize and multi-task
- Excellent time management skills
- Ability to work across organizational boundaries
- Advanced problem solving capabilities
- Strong written and verbal communication skills
- Works well with little direction
Experience Requirements:
- At least three years of front-line processing experience; wholesale experience preferred.
- Experience with Encompass preferred.
Education/Licensing Requirements:
- Associate’s degree or equivalent work experience in residential mortgage lending.
Working Conditions:
- Fast-paced environment.
- Requires normal vision (corrected) both close and distant.
- Requires normal hearing levels (corrected).
- Requires working at a desk to use a phone and computer for extended periods of time.
- Requires sitting, bending.
- Works effectively with frequent interruptions.
- Lifting requirements of 10 lbs. occasionally.
- Minimal travel <5%.
Compensation Rate: $28 - $32/hour
