Position Overview:
The Enterprise Project Manager is responsible for enterprise-wide strategic initiatives that enhance our market differentiation and support revenue growth, increase profit margin and customer service for the company. This position manages complex projects, engaging internal and external stakeholders to build and maintain commitment to specified outcomes.  
 
Ideal candidates for this position have a proven track record of delivering enterprise-wide strategic initiatives in the residential mortgage/mortgage banking industry, excellent ability to influence across organizational boundaries, and master-level project management skills.  
 
Essential Functions of the Role:
  • Lead the planning and execution of enterprise-wide projects, preparing business cases for the initiation, investment and/or change initiatives with benefits, costs and risks based on a defined business outcome.
  • Structure and organize initiatives, to include preparing project scope, timelines, budgets and resource requirements.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional leadership to ensure project deliverables are completed on time, within budget, and to the satisfaction of stakeholders.
  • Manage project risks and issues, identify dependencies, and implement solutions to focus resources and mitigate potential issues.
  • Ensure that project documentation is complete, accurate, and up to date.
  • Communicate project status to executive leadership, providing regular updates on project progress, issues, and risks.
  • Manage other project managers and their initiatives.
  • Other duties as assigned.
 
Essential Knowledge/Skills/Abilities: 
  • Extensive knowledge of project management, business analysis, mortgage process automation software, and process flow documentation
  • Master-level knowledge of project management methodologies, tools, and techniques.
  • Ability to take ownership of initiatives and outcomes
  • Excellent oral and written (technical included) communication skills
  • Excellent interpersonal skills, with the ability to influence and collaborate with stakeholders at all levels within and outside of the organization.

  • Proficient with Microsoft Technology (MS Office Suite, MS Office 365, Windows operating systems).
 
Experience Requirements:
  • Minimum ten (10) years project management experience required with a proven track record of delivering enterprise-wide, complex projects on time, within budget, and to the satisfaction of stakeholders.
  • At least five (5) years’ experience in residential mortgage loan production and servicing process or compliance.
 
Education/Licensing Requirements:
  • Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience required.
