Position Overview:

Ideal candidates for this position have possess strong prospecting and relationship-building skills, understand how to utilize career sites and social media as a recruiting advantage, and have knowledge of the mortgage origination and servicing industries.
 
Essential Functions of the Role:
  • Partner with hiring managers to identify the job posting needed, as well as gain clarity on knowledge, skills, and abilities desired for the role.
  • Maintain Applicant Tracking System (ATS), Indeed, Glassdoor and LinkedIn with current job postings.
  • Maintain a pipeline of qualified candidates for each job posting.
  • Proactively source applicants from various avenues to fill open positions.
  • Proactively post company news and core value highlights on LinkedIn, Glassdoor, and Indeed to keep active eyeballs engaged with our Company.
  • Negotiate offers with candidates and begin background check process once accepted.
  • Onboard new hires into Human Capital Management System (HCM) and verify completeness of paperwork, including I-9’s.
  • Conduct monthly new hire surveys.
  • Other duties as assigned.

Experience Requirements:
  • Three years of mortgage sales, operations or servicing recruiting (sales and operations staff) required.

 

Education/Licensing Requirements:
  • High school diploma or equivalent required. Bachelor’s degree in human resources preferred.
  • HR Certification (PHR or SHRM-CP) preferred.

  • Requires normal vision (corrected) both close and distant.
  • Requires normal hearing levels (corrected).
  • Requires working at a desk to use a phone and computer for extended periods of time.
  • Requires sitting, bending.
  • Works effectively with frequent interruptions.
  • Lifting requirements of 10 lbs. occasionally.
  • Minimal travel <5%.
