In the role of a Flat Glass Technician, your mandate will be to exceed our customers’ expectations by providing the highest quality of service and standards of workmanship and providing other company services and products. We're looking for team players with strong customer service skills and great attitude!

Your main responsibilities:
Consistently meet or exceed Speedy Glass® technical standards in the installation of flat glass and other products, and ensure that the company’s quality and other procedures are followed.
Repair/replace residential and commercial glass and glazing systems (commercial doors, store fronts and ribbon windows).
Measure, fabricate and install mirrors and glass.
Perform mobile service glazing, and operate and maintain a mobile vehicle.
Complete required paperwork for glass installations.
Work within company productivity targets.
Keep customers informed of the work process being done.
Consistently and strictly adhere to company Health and Safety procedures using the safety equipment provided.

Qualifications required: 
High school diploma or the equivalent.
Flat glass experience.
Glazier apprenticeship certification an asset.
Swing stage/scaffold experience an asset
Excellent customer service skills.
Results oriented.
Effective team player.
Holder of a valid driver’s license.
Must complete criminal background check.
Must be able to life a minimum of 50 lbs
