We’re looking for an Assistant Manager to help lead our Victoria,BC operations in achieving financial success through championing employee engagement and ensuring high operational standards are met. You may be who we are looking for if you:

  • Are ready for the next step in the development of your management career in a customer-facing role.
  • Are you a “go-getter” with the aptitude and attitude to provide leadership to your team and run a business.
  • Build strong relationships with vendors and customers, striving for exceptional customer service standards with each interaction.
  • May already have glass or auto experience or perhaps you’re looking to learn something entirely new!
  • Have a valid driver’s license.

AT BELRON® CANADA, WE GIVE BACK TO THE COMMUNITY IN THE FOLLOWING WAYS:

  • In collaboration with the Belron® Group we have been supporting Afrika Tikkun since 2007 through corporate and employee donations, as well as through our participation in the company’s annual triathlon in London. In recent years, dozens of Canadian employees have gone above and beyond to raise tens of thousands of dollars in donations and engage in sports activities for the cause. Afrika Tikkun is an NGO that offers support to the poorest communities in Africa.

In just one year of existence, the program has made it possible to realize nine projects from coast to coast, with the support of more than fifty employees.
