Hours: Full Time (Monday – Friday/40hrs a week)

How will you help create a World Without Limits:
The Certification Specialist will be responsible for assisting our clinicians with their provider certification enrollment to ensure we are able to fulfill health plan provider requirements.
Job Responsibilities:
- Execute aspects of credentialing, primarily facilitate and liaise paraprofessional certification (e.g. BCAT, RBT or ABAT) process to fulfill health plans’ provider certification requirements
- Assist existing clinical staff with National Provider Identifier (NPI) enrollment/management
- Oversee and assist with internal Continuing Education Units (CEUs) events
- Provide administrative support in all aspects of credentialing
- Other duties as assigned
Qualifications and Skills:
- Associate degree or at least six (6) months of relevant experience; or equivalent training which demonstrates an understanding of credentialing
- Familiarity with ABA provider certification strongly recommended
- Ability to manage multiple tasks simultaneously and to prioritize needs
- Strong attention to detail
- Experience in the health care (behavioral health field preferred)
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English
- Ability to multi-task with urgency in order to meet all agreed upon deadlines
- Effective planning, organizational skills, time management and prioritization
- Prior experience in the areas of: data entry, organization and database management
- Provide negative TB test results
- Able to clear FBI & DOJ fingerprinting
- Valid Government ID
