Job Description Contribute to the strategic planning of the sustainability department as well as help carry out the sustainability and ESG efforts of the organization. Develop and facilitate internal training programs for the organization around marketplace trends, exam training and project support tools. Manage the LEED, WELL, and/or Fitwel process on specific projects where BCCI has been hired as the consultant. Assist project teams in various sustainability related items such as CALGreen documentation, GreenHalo, other green building requirements for permit, final, and close out. Work with the Marketing Department to compose sustainability-related materials for external and internal use.
