The Barracuda Networks Team have been rapidly expanding their sales team over the last number of months, and we now need to grow our sales enablement team and we are looking for a Sr. Sales Enablement Manager, based in our India office, to help us drive training and education across our teams. In this role, you will also be part of our global sales enablement team, and work as a virtual team, to create and develop new training programs and implement locally. We deliver training programs predominantly through our LMS solution, but also directly from product leaders, as appropriate.

We deliver training programs predominantly through our LMS solution, but also directly from product leaders, as appropriate.
What you’ll be working on
- Evaluate gaps and align training curriculum paths to close those gaps in the region
- Use and administrate our LMS for the APAC region including testing and training content management.
- Aligning sales skills training with Barracuda’s current go-to-market strategy.
- Working across the Barracuda organization to align the resources required to design and deliver training content.
- Refine and modify a cohesive new-hire onboarding programs and follow-up continuing brand education programs.
- Work with your global sales enablement colleagues onsite in APAC office to align training, content and delivery, in line with global plans, but ensuring it is applied locally for the greatest effectiveness
- Taking part in the global virtual enablement team to define sales and product training requirements
What you bring to the role
- Professional with extensive inside sales experience and strong grasp of transactional sales processes, sales methodologies, and fundamental selling skills.
- Strong communicator with interpersonal and relationship skills and the ability to build trust with and motivate others
- Familiar with leading sales training concepts and methodologies
- Passionate about sales, sales process training and exceptional execution
- Strong background in sales and sales process training (candidate should have 2+ years of successful direct-touch / channel sales experience)
- Experience with SalesForce.com and other sales tools, with strong organizational and project management skills
- Excellent communication skills, particularly around problem resolution, communication, presentation, and facilitation
- Fluency in English
