The Director of PR and Communications, International is responsible for planning and driving execution of the Global PR strategy in the region (EMEA and APAC) aligned with business goals.  Maintaining and supporting improvements to the public image of the organisation across internal and external audiences. You will: manage external and internal communications, develop and support brand strategies, build and maintain analyst relations, manage social media and content generation activities.   

 What you’ll be working on  

  • Management of all PR activities for the region  
  • Define and implement regional communication goals and metrics to show impact of activities 
  • Manage a network of external PR agencies across the EMEA and APAC region in order to support our growth initiatives
  • Represent International needs through global collaboration 
  • Maximise brand presence and consistency for the International business across press, social media, blog, web and other digital outlets 
  • Regular interaction with senior executives, managers and customers.  
  • Cultivate and maintain relationships with media, influential professionals and thought leaders 
  • Build out local and global research initiatives to provide thought leadership content to increase engagement and expand brand presence 
  • High level of cross functional engagement to provide input and insight into initiatives and content 
  • Planning and managing strategic calendar of proactive and reactive PR activity 
  • Collaborate to ensure that the editorial calendar is up to date and relevant to the International business 
  • Provide internal media training 
  • Work with the global PR and Comms function providing input and support execution of internal and external corporate communications 
  • Management and oversight of International PR budget 
  • Work closely with demand generation teams in order to maximise campaigns and align with brand strategy and provide relevant content 
  • Track and submit relevant award entries across the region 

What you bring to the role 

  • 9+ years of technology and channel PR and communications experience; preferably B2B SaaS 
  • High energy and enthusiasm 
  • Ability to manage and prioritise multiple projects simultaneously 
  • Critical thinking and problem solving skills 
  • Great communication skills 
  • Good writing skills 
  • Ability to align with corporate comms plans and strategies 
  • Confidently engage with teams across the organization at all levels
