Barracuda Networks is recruiting for a Director, EMEA Sales Operations. This is a critical hands-on role supporting our next phase of accelerated growth. You will lead the EMEA sales operations team and partner with EMEA sales leadership, acting as an advisor, generating ideas and plans that will drive the sales organization toward strategic goals, operational effectiveness, and flawless execution. You will take responsibility for EMEA sales planning, forecasting, reporting, compensation planning & quota setting whilst having a keen eye on improving sales process and driving responsible sales growth. This role will be a member of the EMEA Sales Leadership Team and will report to the VP, Global Sales Operations.
 
What you’ll be working on  
  • Partner with the EMEA Sales Leader to drive sales strategy and support sales execution that appropriately reflects the organizations’ business goals and strategy
  • Manage the sales forecasting processes that provides accurate prediction into future performance and ensures forecasting efforts are appropriately integrated with other planning processes within the company
  • Establish and implement performance measures designed to track and report progress against the sales strategy. You will manage the reporting cadence and efficient distribution of reporting, scorecards, and other intelligence essential to the sales organization
  • Lead Monthly/Quarterly Business Reviews (MBR’s) with sales leaders, using Power Bi & Salesforce reporting
  • Own creation of EMEA Sales Plan, assign sales quotas and other sales objectives to ensure the company’s sales plan is allocated across sales resources
  • Partner with senior sales leadership, revenue & business operations to identify opportunities to simplify the sales process and facilitate successful implementation and adoption of new processes within the sales organization
  • Manage a growing team of sales operations professionals, fostering an organization of continuous process improvement, professional growth, development, and success
  • Support sales leadership in driving CRM discipline
What you bring to the role
  • A minimum of five years’ experience, in an operational role supporting senior sales management.
  • Operational experience in an industry which is confronted with multidimensional customer, channel, or market models
  • Strong understanding of sales processes and methodologies, with strong organizational skills with ability to manage multiple projects
  • Proven business partner/service mentality, with ability to influence
  • A demonstrated passion for information and business intelligence
  • Excellent analytical skills with strong attention to detail
  • Previous Power Bi experience is an advantage
  • Proven track record of effectively interfacing with cross-functional departments and sales management teams
  • Excellent written, presentation and verbal communication skills
