We are seeking a motivated and highly skilled Senior HRIS Analyst with a strong background in Workday to join our Human Resources organization. This role will play a critical part in managing and optimizing our HR Information System (Workday) to support our HR functions and enhance the employee experience. This position requires a strategic thinker with excellent analytical skills, a passion for leveraging technology to drive HR initiatives, and exceptional time management skills to ensure projects and tasks are completed efficiently and effectively.
What you’ll be working on
- HRIS Management: Oversee the configuration and maintenance of Workday, ensuring data integrity and system efficiency. Partner with IT, Finance and HR to ensure data integrity.
- System Optimization: Identify opportunities for process improvements and system enhancements within Workday to streamline HR operations and improve user experience.
- Reporting & Analytics: Develop and generate complex reports and dashboards to provide insights into HR metrics, trends, and compliance. Utilize data to support decision-making and strategic planning.
- User Support & Training: Provides technical support to HR partners world-wide, resolving issues in a timely manner. Actively participate in team meetings, share insights, and contribute to a collaborative work environment.
- Project Management: Lead and participate in HRIS-related projects, including system upgrades, integrations, and module enhancements. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure successful project delivery.
- Documentation: Maintain comprehensive documentation of system configurations, processes, and procedures. Create user guides and training materials as needed.
What you bring to the role
- 8+ years experience using Workday or other related HRIS
- Excellent interpersonal and technical support skills
- Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
- Desire to work as a team with a result driven approach
- Proficient with Microsoft Office Suite or related software
