Barracuda MSP is a dedicated division of Barracuda Networks, a global leading provider of data protection, security and cloud connectivity. The dedicated MSP division has been growing at a record pace since launching the international expansion in March 2016. The Field Marketing Manager for Northern Europe  will work closely with our managed service providers partners (MSP) and local sales teams to ensure a very high service level of lead generation and management.


You will need to plan and execute partner acquisition, engagement and retention campaigns as well as sourcing and continually developing compelling content in order to reach the regions business goals. Developing and growing revenue from existing partners as well as recruiting new partners is essential to the success of this role. Defining and owning regional lead generation activity, integrating the latest techniques in online marketing and social media to gain a marketing advantage is key to building marketing momentum and ensuring an ongoing pipeline for the region. In addition, it is crucial to measure all marketing activity against metrics to specified targets.


Tech Stack: 

  • Working with Marketing Automation System – Marketo
  • Customer Relationship Management tool - Salesforce
  • Strong Powerpoint skills. MS Excel and potentially PowerBi
  • Experience with Adobe creative suite would be beneficial


What you’ll be working on

  • Reporting to the International MSP Marketing Director, you will own brand development in the region, events, partner marketing, direct mail and email campaigns.
  • Foster, develop, and maintain strong relationships with MSP partners to grow, expand the number of signed partners, expand the portfolio and ensure a solid flow of partner recruitment opportunities back into the MSP business unit
  • Developing, implementing and evaluating the marketing plan for the region
  • Working closely with regional sales team to provide the targeted number of MQL’s
  • Implementing channel campaigns in order to expand market share and recruit MSPs
  • Owning regional budgets and campaigns from start to finish


What you bring to the role

  • You will have a university degree in marketing/communications or the equivalent in the area of business management.
  • You will have 5 years working experience in a relevant area of IT, either with a medium sized vendor or gained in an MSP/reseller or distribution business.
  • Some knowledge of the IT security market in terms of partners, customers and business processes would be a plus.
  • You excel in performance oriented metrics
  • Experience with CRM and marketing automation systems
  • You have exceptional written and oral communication skills with Excellent marketing execution skills
  • Your vision is strategic and commercial. However, you are a pragmatic doer, supporting sales goals.
