We're searching for a HR Generalist to join our team!  This is a fantastic opportunity to continue learning and growing in your HR career while also making a true impact to the business.   
  
What you’ll be working on 
  • Responsible for administrative and operational HR tasks within an assigned Business Unit(s)
    • Employee Onboarding: new hire documents, employee communications, HRIS set-up and orientation sessions
    • Employee Offboarding: employment closeout in HR systems, schedule exit interviews and issue State and Federal Unemployment documents.
    • Employee Changes
  • Responsible for timely and accurate data entry into various HR systems 
  • Handle general HR inquiries and administrative requests including employment verifications
  • Conduct and complete HR/Payroll audits
  • Maintain a high-level of confidentiality of employee data
  • Ensure compliance with federal and state laws
  • Help develop processes/policies that enhance internal operations
  • Assist with the summer internship program, ensuring a productive and engaging experience
  • Partner with the HR team on the rollout of new programs and HR-related initiatives
  • Perform other duties as assigned
  
What you bring to the role  
  • Bachelor’s degree plus 2-3 years of experience as an HR generalist, preferably in a technology company
  • Knowledge of local and federal employment laws and regulations
  • Ability to communicate effectively both verbally and in writing with all levels of the business
  • Proficiency in MS Office (Excel, Word, Outlook, Powerpoint)
  • Experience with HRIS and Talent management systems; Workday experience preferred
  • Detailed oriented with excellent organizational and prioritization skills
  • Ability to work independently with a sense of urgency
  • Attention to detail, and analytically driven
  • Experience in immigration (U.S. visas, Green Cards)

California location only. The anticipated on-target earnings range for this role is $84,000 - $95,000.  We recognize that cost-of-living disparities, market conditions, and other factors can significantly impact compensation expectations in different regions. The compensation range provided in this job description is for illustrative purposes only and may not reflect the actual compensation offered for the position in your location. Final compensation will be determined based on a variety of factors including the candidates’ qualifications, experience, and location.
