The Barracuda Networks Team is expanding and adding an additional field based Sales Account Executive.

We are seeking talented, motivated sales performer who is responsible for achieving the territory new business target. You will be responsible for planning and executing the territory strategy in alignment with the overall regional plan.  Through developing and enabling our partner channel and strong end-user touch, the Regional Sales Role will leverage channel relationship in order to find and develop the market and opportunities.

What you’ll be working on:

  • Driving revenue and market share in a defined sales territory.
  • Developing and maintaining a strong monthly sales pipeline.
  • Working with channel partners to extend reach and drive adoption of the Barracuda solutions.
  • Delivering effective sales demonstration and presentations while articulating a compelling value proposition for Barracuda’s solutions

What you bring to the role:

  • Ideally 10 years of IT sales experience
  • At least 5 years of experience selling Security products
  • Vendor background would be preferable
  • A successful person having delivered 1 Million USD revenue from the Territory
  • Experience working with resellers to co-sell
  • India field sales experience is preferred
  • Experience in Network Security and/or Storage, a real benefit
  • Strong C-level/ board level communications skills
  • Proven "hunter' background with a track record of consistent over-quota performance and top tier company ranking
  • Strong working knowledge of Salesforce or other CRM tools is recommended
  • Strong understanding of customer and market dynamics.
  • Goal-oriented and self-motivated with a focus on customer success with good business acumen and experience with basic contracts and pricing,
  • Ability to also work individually and as part of a team with excellent communication, interpersonal, and negotiation skills
