We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Field and Channel Marketing Manager to join our Barracuda Field and Channel Marketing organization.  The successful candidate will be responsible for developing and executing marketing strategies to drive business growth through our channel partners. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in field marketing, partner marketing and experience working with Channel partners.      
On our team, you will execute programs to increase partner-generated leads, support co-marketing strategic plans, and drive innovative marketing campaigns. The position requires a blend of strong marketing execution capabilities along with an ability to build and manage relationships with both internal and external (partner) marketing, sales, and executive teams.  You will work directly with the Sales and Channel sales team and Barracuda partners to develop and drive lead generation activities that impact partner business growth.     
What you’ll be working on     
  • Develop and execute field marketing plans that align with our overall field and channel strategy. 
  • Develop and execute joint marketing plans with our field sales and channel partners to drive bookings growth. 
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with channel partners and collaborate with them on marketing activities. 
  • Manage and track partner MDF (Market Development Funds) and ensure that they are used effectively to generate demand. 
  • Plan and execute events, webinars, and other activities to generate demand and awareness for our products and solutions. 
  • Manage full event execution, theme development, venue recommendation, merchandise selection and collateral development. 
  • Assist with creation of content promotional materials and communications to and through partner marketing. 
  • Work closely with sales and partners to ensure that marketing initiatives are aligned with company and sales objectives. 
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with local sales teams, while serving as a partner advocate and trusted advisor. 
  • Own regional field communication plan, working cross functionally to execute. 
  • Conduct market research and provide insights to the sales team and channel partners. 
  • Monitor and report on the effectiveness of marketing activities. 
  • Ability to travel up to 30% of the time. 
What you bring to the role    
  • Bachelor’s degree in marketing, business or related field is preferred. 
  • Five or more years working in field and channel marketing or related field. 
  • Experience in cyber security industry is highly desirable. 
  • Strong project management skills and ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously. 
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills 
  • Ability to work independently and in a team environment. 
  • Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.
  • Proven experience working successfully with sales teams.

The anticipated on-target earnings range for this role is $116,150- $127,000 at Campbell. Actual compensation offered will be dependent upon the individual's skills, experience, and qualifications as they directly relate to the requirements of the position, the budget for the position, and applicable employment laws.
