As part of the sales team, you will ensure that your client's requirements are fully understood and that you can articulate and demonstrate the value we deliver through our solutions. You will develop, build, and close business in your assigned territory.  As a Regional Account Director, you will work to grow your partner base by increasing the Barracuda MSP footprint.  This is an excellent opportunity to advance your career with a fast-paced and highly energized organization.   
What you’ll be working on:   
  • Implement and execute a Go to Market Strategy for your Territory that will allow our partners to sell more of our XDR Barracuda Services 
  • Exceed monthly individual quotas 
  • Manage your pipeline focusing your efforts around the complex and highly competitive opportunities 
  • Accurately forecast your monthly and quarterly business 
  • Attend regional events and conferences 
  • Effectively communicate and map Barracuda MSP's solutions to your prospects business objectives 
  • Demonstrating our solutions via the web 
What you bring to the role:   
  • 8+ years of quota carrying in software or technology sales 
  • Bachelor’s degree required 
  • Track record of over-achieving quota in past positions 
  • Competent with Salesforce.com and Microsoft Office 
  • Strong written and verbal communications skills 
  • Ability to work in fast-paced team environment 
  • Comfortable competing against multiple competitors 
  • Sales methodology training 
  • Ability to travel 25% of the time
