About the Role:
The MDM Solutions Architect is responsible for providing both pre-sales and technical post-sales support for customers adopting mobile device management (MDM) solutions. This hybrid role bridges technical expertise with consultative engagement, ensuring customers receive the guidance, training, and support needed to implement and scale MDM solutions successfully. You will collaborate closely with Levata's sales, engineering, and customer success teams to position prioritized solutions effectively and support deployment across industries such as logistics, retail, healthcare, and field services.
Responsibilities
Pre-Sales Support & Solution Design:
- Serve as the primary technical expert in the evaluation, demonstration, and positioning of MDM solutions.
- Work with the Sales team to understand customer requirements and translate them into technical configurations and deployment strategies.
- Deliver tailored product demos, proof-of-concepts (POCs), and technical presentations to prospective customers.
- Assist in the preparation of proposals, solution documentation, and responses to RFI/RFPs.
Implementation & Technical Enablement:
- Support customer onboarding and initial system configuration, ensuring a seamless deployment experience.
- Troubleshoot and resolve technical issues related to software, device provisioning, and integrations.
- Train customer IT teams on best practices for managing devices through the management platforms.
- Create and maintain technical documentation, training materials, and deployment guides.
Customer Success & Support:
- Act as a trusted advisor to customers throughout the implementation lifecycle and beyond.
- Provide technical escalation support for high-priority issues, coordinating with prioritized partners where necessary.
- Monitor customer deployments to identify optimization opportunities or risks to long-term success.
- Gather customer feedback and relay product improvement ideas to both Levata and prioritized partners.
Collaboration & Growth Enablement:
- Collaborate with the Marketing team to produce MDM-focused collateral, case studies, and thought leadership content.
- Work with Sales to identify new MDM opportunities within existing customer accounts.
- Stay up-to-date on the latest features, roadmap items, and competitive positioning of prioritized partner solutions.
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field.
- 3+ years of experience in mobile device management (MDM), endpoint management, or enterprise mobility.
- Deep familiarity with MDM platforms.
- Strong technical troubleshooting and systems integration skills, particularly with Android, Windows, and ruggedized devices.
- Ability to clearly communicate technical concepts to both technical and business stakeholders.
- Experience supporting technical sales processes, including demos, POCs, and RFPs.
- Willingness to travel up to 50% for customer meetings, onboarding, and events.
