About the Role:
As a member of the People Team, this internship offers an opportunity to build foundational HR expertise in a collaborative and dynamic work environment. You will play a key role in supporting bilingual HR initiatives, with a focus on translating, updating, and enhancing HR policies and documentation.
This role is ideal for someone who is detail-oriented, eager to learn, and excited to contribute to meaningful projects such as our employee handbook and policy modernization efforts.
Hybrid role for offices at: 9300 Cavendish Boul, Saint-Laurent, Quebec H4T 1Z8

Key Responsibilities:
HR Policy & Documentation Support
- Assist with the translation of HR policies, procedures, and internal communications (English ↔ French)
- Support the review, formatting, and updating of HR policies to ensure clarity, consistency, and compliance
- Contribute to the development and update of the employee handbook
- Help standardize documentation and maintain version control across HR materials
HR Administration
- Support the organization and maintenance of HR files and documentation
- Assist with general HR administrative tasks and ongoing People Team projects
- Help ensure accuracy and consistency across HR records and communications
Employee Experience & Projects
- Provide support on employee experience initiatives and internal communications
- Assist with special HR projects, including policy enhancements and process improvements
- Collaborate with the People Team to deliver a seamless and elevated employee experience
What You’ll Need:
- Currently enrolled in a Human Resources, Business Administration, or related program, or a recent graduate
- Fully bilingual in French and English (written and verbal) – required
- Strong attention to detail with a focus on accuracy in written work
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Ability to manage multiple tasks and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment
- High level of discretion when handling confidential information
- Proactive, organized, and eager to learn
