Location:  25 Royal Crest Court, Markham, ON L3R 9X4
What You’ll do:
  • Perform shipping and receiving duties.
  • Create and request customer and vendor, RMA's for credit or exchange.
  • Manage Customer RMA requests and receipts and Vendor VRMA's by reviewing NetSuite reporting. Daily follow up with sales team, suppliers and customers via email, phone or in person as required. Ensure RMA/VRMA's notes and status is updated daily, and consistently followed up to resolve and dose on a timely basis.
  • Trace and investigate missing or damaged gear/packaging, with customers, vendor or various carriers.
  • Process transactions in NetSuite to display inventory movement and updated RMA status.
  • Physically verify and check goods before they are shipped.
  • Investigate defective materials, short shipments, over shipments and/or any other variances and discrepancies.
  • Manage [email protected] shared inbox. Disburse or address incoming emails, organize and respond to all senders accordingly,
  • Assist the warehouse staff with shipping and receiving if backup is required.
  • Perform and assist in other general warehouse duties and projects as assigned.
  • Back up/ Cross training for full Logistics Coordinator back up during absences or busy time periods. This includes full knowledge on various shipping methods and features, over-sized issues, rush urgent, cross border issues, commercial invoices and NAFTA requirements, and assist sales reps and staff by sharing knowledge and best practices
  • This role will work to effectively coordinate all customer and vendor returns, for credit or exchange. There will be regular communication with vendors, customers and all office staff, and assistance with verification and shipping of the goods. This is a high-volume role, and this individual is responsible for ensuring all items are shipped within a timely manner.
