About the Role:
As a member of the People Team this role offers an opportunity to develop HR expertise in a collaborative and dynamic work environment. You will gain exposure to a variety of HR functions and contribute to delivering an elevated employee experience for our U.S.-based team members while dabbling in global initiatives.

Key Responsibilities:
HR Administration
  • Serve as the first point of contact for Level I employee inquiries via the HR ticketing system and escalate Level II concerns to the appropriate expert.
  • Maintain accurate and up-to-date personnel files.
  • Monitor weekly timecard completion and follow up with team members as needed.
  • Support benefits administration, including enrollment, employee inquiries, and annual open enrollment coordination.
  • Manage the annual ordering of compliance posters for U.S. locations.
  • Assist with basic employee change letters and year-end HR processes.
  • Route complex employee relations matters to the People Business Partner and provide support as needed.
  • Execute the offboarding process, coordinating exit interviews, asset returns, workspace cleanups, and system deactivations.
Employee Experience
  • Lead the planning, scheduling, and execution of in-office engagement activities, including monthly events, the local annual holiday party, and recognition initiatives.
  • Assist with HR projects and initiatives as needed
  • Support other HR functions and perform administrative tasks as needed
Talent Acquisition:
  • Work closely with HR and hiring managers to ensure the hiring process is smooth and efficient.
  • Create an outstanding onboarding experience for all new hires and contractors, including offer letter preparation, background check initiation, new hire kit distribution, manager support, and weekly orientation sessions.
  • Act as the primary contact for Miami-based staffing agencies, managing temp labor coordination, start and conversion dates, and tracking hours worked.
Office Operations & Vendor Management
  • Provide on-site support for large in-office meetings hosted by executives.
  • Serve as the main point of contact for visitors, external team members, and vendors, ensuring compliance with visitor protocols.
  • Maintain office supplies, restock kitchen snacks, and oversee office-related maintenance.
  • Manage security access, including the creation and deactivation of employee badges.

  • Ability to manage multiple tasks, meet deadlines, and keep employee records organized

  • Strong relationship building at all levels of the organization    
  • Flexibility to adjust to changing business needs, processes, and practice
