We are seeking a RFID Principal Solution Architect to drive our mobility solution offerings across our client base. This role will translate customer requirements into RFID solutions that will create business value and nurture customer relationships. The RFID Principal Solutions Architect will serve as a mobility subject matter expert. 
 
What You'll Do 
  • Provide technical leadership, project guidance, and business development across the RFID solution space. 
  • Work as part of an integrated sales and delivery team to participate in client meetings to qualify RFID solution opportunities. 
  • Translate customer business requirements into RFID technology solutions. Advise sales and services leaders on how to implement designed solutions. 
  • Collaborate with Solutions Architecture team as RFID Subject Matter Expert  
  • Assist in RFP responses and other requests 
  • Maintain and develop relationships with the Sales team to assist and support them with customer needs. Ensure a complete understanding of project requirements 
  • Collaborate with the Sales team in optimizing the RFID sales process and techniques (including script development), available marketing materials, product development updates and relevant competitor data 
  • Engage with the marketing organization to anticipate emerging trends and develop solutions to meet the market need.  
 
What You'll Need 
  • Minimum 8 years of technical pre-sales or technical RFID architecting experience (software preferred) 
  • Knowledge and proven success of engaging with sales teams and driving solutions foward 
  • Proven success and experience selling technologies solutions and services 
  • Understanding of general technical language and technology use.
  • Solid experience with CRM KPI’s and Reporting (Ideally Oracle NetSuite).
  • Ability to think creatively and come up with proactive ideas that will increase sales 
  • Experience delivering client-focused RFID solution proposals and presentations for customer needs.
  • Assisting in defining go to market solutions around RFID platform
  • Proven ability to effectively manage multiple RFID projects at a time in a dynamic environment while maintaining sharp attention to detail.
  • Excellent listening, negotiation, and presentation abilities.
  • Strong verbal and written communication skills.
  • Ability to travel up to 60% within the US and Canada
