Join our team as a Senior People Partner and become the go-to expert in all things People & Culture, influencing positive change and driving our firm’s success. As a key collaborator with the business, you'll lead the charge in developing and implementing innovative People & Culture programs and initiatives. Make an impact, shape policies, and elevate your career.  


Ignite your impact as a People Partner with these Qualifications:
  

  • Coaching Expert: Advises on team member coaching, discipline, problem-solving, and terminations.
  • Relations Advisor: Provide guidance and counsel to team members, exploring solutions for People & Culture issues.
  • Investigation Oversight: Manage team member relations investigations, maintaining records.
  • Mediation Facilitator: Conduct pre-disciplinary meetings as needed, offering support.
  • Policy Champion: Revise and craft People & Culture policies to ensure legal compliance and adapt to changing regulations.
  • Management Mentor: Educate and empower managers on People & Culture policies and regulations, ensuring consistency.
  • Innovation Driver: Research and recommend advanced People & Culture practices and tech solutions to stay ahead.
  • Onboarding Specialist: Lead New Team Member Orientation and streamline paperwork.
  • Transition Manager: Handle termination paperwork and conduct exit interviews.
  • Performance Collaborator: Assist with the performance management process and diversity-related matters.
  • Email Supervisor: Manage the People & Culture email box, ensuring timely responses.
  • Info Communicator: Relay personnel changes to other departments for smooth transitions.
  • Data Support: Aid the Director of People Relations Team with ad hoc reporting.
  • Adaptable Team Member: Embrace additional assigned duties.

 
Our Ideal Candidate Is:  

  • Minimum of 5 years of HR Generalist/Business Partner experience.
    Bachelor’s degree, preferably with an emphasis in Human Resources.
  • A legal luminary with working knowledge of Federal and State employment laws.
    Possesses strong analytical, problem-solving, research, and documentation skills.
    Has acute attention to detail, including project management.
    Acts independently while thriving in a team environment and is tech-savvy with today’s modern office suite of applications.
  • Has a deep commitment to delivering top-tier customer service while upholding People & Culture integrity.
  • Has strong familiarity with People & Culture concepts, practices, and procedures.
  • Is a very effective communicator with exceptional verbal and written communication skills.
  • Always acts as a guardian of confidentiality and demonstrates the ability to handle sensitive information with tact and maintain confidentiality.

WORKING CONDITIONS: Able to sit and work at a computer keyboard for extended periods of time. Able to stoop, kneel, bend at the waist and reach on a daily basis. Able to perform general office administrative activities: copying, filing, delivering and using the telephone. Able to lift and move up to 25 pounds occasionally. Regular and on-time attendance. Must be able to prioritized, schedule and complete testing required for multiple applications with overlapping schedules. A certain degree of creativity and flexibility is required. Hours may exceed 40 hours per week. Occasional travel by conventional means including aircraft, motor vehicle and the like within the region and to other locations as required.
