Intelligent Automation Business Analyst
Description
- Process Analysis: gathering and analyzing RPA business requirements by working with the end users to understand and determine the business needs and problems. Collaborates with a vast number of different business stakeholders, builds quality relationships, participates in job shadowing activities & communicates timelines and activities to stakeholders and the business.
- Process Design: detail documentation of RPA business processes that are rules-based, routine, and repeatable. Responsible for translating RPA requirements to the developers. Applying Changes on the design. Identify and resolve risks and issues to ensure the overall success of the solution.
- Process Testing and Deployment: Lead and execute User Acceptance Testing to ensure solution meets business requirements, exception handling is included, and bots are working as expected.
- Project Management: Stakeholder management, Communication Planning, Change Management
- General knowledge of US visa types and the steps to process them.
- Strong business analysis skills and proven problem-solving skills
- Experience working Application Development Teams
- Have excellent planning and project management skills to prioritize multiple work requests and deliver timely.
- Understand business and technical requirements to effectively coordinate/document process definition, solution design, user acceptance testing (UAT), and deployment activities.
- Ability to coordinate additional technical resources as needed including help desk support, NetOps, DevOps, etc.
- Strong written and verbal communication skills
- Ability to translate non-technical requirements to a technical team
- Excellent customer service and interpersonal skills.
- Strong attention to detail and accuracy.
- Ability to follow instructions and take action independently.
- Experience working both independently and with teams.
- Expertise in the use of Microsoft applications; specifically Excel and Visio
- Preferred:
- Demonstrated understanding of BAL legal practice and overall organization, including SOPs, Cobalt, and key players on legal and Ops team.
- Certification(s) in UiPath BA;
- Experience with Robotic Process Automation Development using UiPath (Studio & Orchestrator).
- LEAN Six Sigma Certification
WORKING CONDITIONS:
Able to sit and work at a computer keyboard for extended periods of time.
Able to stoop, kneel, bend at the waist and reach on a daily basis.
Able to perform general office administrative activities: copying, filing, delivering and using the telephone.
Able to lift and move up to 25 pounds occasionally.
Regular and on-time attendance.
Must be able to prioritized, schedule and complete testing required for multiple applications with overlapping schedules.
A certain degree of creativity and flexibility is required.
Hours may exceed 40 hours per week.
Occasional travel by conventional means including aircraft, motor vehicle and the like within the region and to other locations as required.
