Requirements

The Profile

• Proven analytical skills and demonstrated ability to manage the business “by the numbers” Metrics driven approach will be key to success in this role.
• Excellent written and oral communication skills and the ability to express thoughts logically and succinctly.
• Experience in ecommerce category managements and sales will be a big plus.
• Deep understanding of the retail and wholesale landscape in UAE with prior interactions with sellers and distributors is desirable.
• Entrepreneurial drive and demonstrated ability to achieve stretch goals in an innovative and fast-paced environment.
• Fluency in English and Arabic is important along with awareness of local retail landscape

The Essentials:

• 7-10 years of experience in ecommerce sales, preferably mobiles and tablets category
• Bachelor's degree in business, finance, engineering
• Deep understanding of retail landscape along with the right connections and contacts to source products at best prices for the site
• Excellent working knowledge and understanding of all key aspects of an ecommerce ecosystem
• Experience in a highly analytical, results-oriented environment with external customer interaction.
• Working knowledge of Arabic language
