Audio Brand Consultant
Audio Brand Consultants play a pivotal role in the delivery of our world-class service, liaising with key company contacts, internal and external service providers to ensure the seamless implementation of a client’s new audio branding productions. With your excellent people and organisation skills, customer-focused mentality and proactive approach to work, you’ll maintain the high standards of customer service that we’re renowned for.
Key responsibilities
- Welcoming new clients to the service and introducing the set-up process
- Following up information requests and collecting completed briefs
- Passing completed briefs to the appropriate creative department
- Ensuring all client details are accurately entered into our in-house CRM system
- Working with clients and the creative departments to ensure the delivery of a world-class audio branding service that meets and exceeds expectations
- Working collaboratively to achieve collective goals and objectives
Skills, knowledge and experience
- Experience in a results-driven customer services environment
- Strong focus and organizational skills
- Experience taking client briefs and dealing with others to ensure briefs are met
- Good knowledge of Microsoft and CRM applications
- An understanding of branding and its commercial benefits to a B2B customer
- The drive to hit ambitious targets
- Strong attention to detail
- The ability to clearly communicate company value to clients
- Enthusiasm, motivation and a positive attitude
- First-class verbal and written communication skills, including excellent listening skills
