The Manager of Brand Marketing is responsible for driving the strategy, planning and execution to bring the brand to life for our customers and prospects. This role will support the marketing strategy as a whole by  creating experiences and relationships that advance our brand objectives, attract/engage new and existing consumers and bring the brand to life offline. This is a cross-functional position that will need to partner closely with a number of internal and external teams, including merchandising, creative, user experience, performance marketing and our Gearhead program.


  • Works cross functionally with merchandising and marketing executing on the brand strategy oriented towards growth of the business by leveraging and communicating authenticity
  • Develops and executes seasonal marketing and messaging plans in coordination with merchandising, creative and digital marketing teams
  • Manage, assess and drive MotoSport’s current brand activities, including our series sponsorships, athlete program, ambassadors and influencers
  • Create and execute offline activation activities (requires travel and working weekends) which engages our core audience and drives brand awareness 
  • Develop and ensure successful implementation of the social media strategy including meeting established goals for number of followers, engagement, conversion and revenue 
  • Oversees the development and publishing of social posting that is aligned with the marketing promotions calendar including extensive content sourcing, both internally and externally
  • Develops creative briefs which align to the brand strategy and value based brand proposition for all creative projects
  • Creates compelling marketing programs in partnership with industry contacts to expand reach and drive co-op income
  • Provides analysis to determine effectiveness of content and brand building efforts
  • Drives budget planning and provides value assessments of offline marketing opportunities


  • A passion for building brand; a deep appreciation for the power of brand affinity
  • 5+ years experience developing and leading brand marketing strategy and execution
  • 4+ years professional powersports industry experience
  • This position requires experience developing and executing a strong social media strategy as well as basic training in/understanding of public relations
  • 3+ years experience in online retail / digital commerce
  • Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience
  • Demonstrated ability to ideate and create differentiating content at scale
  • Extremely strong written and verbal communication skills
  • Demonstrated analytical competency
