POSITION TITLE: Head of Product Design, Men's Owned Brands

The head of men's design is responsible for creating and executing the seasonal strategy and design for our men's owned brands business at Backcountry.
ESSENTIAL DUTIES & RESPONSIBILITES
- Develop the strategy for men's on and off mountain apparel
- Design and execute the seasonal assortment for men's across Backcountry's brands
- Develop and manage calendar with production
- Source new materials and technology
- Develop seasonal concept deck
- Work with merchandisers to develop seasonal line plans
- Develop fit block point of view and ensure our fits align with industry trends
- Manage assistant designers
